Dev Updates 09.2026

Development updates and some product evolution details.

Core

  • Introduced a Gajumaru node dashboard plugin, which can serve as a template for how to build advanced business logic plugins in Gajumaru utility nodes. The dashboard supports access control through GRIDS login, and can serve as a secure proxy for node endpoints.
  • Expanded the Demochain utility to run experiments/demos with Associate Chains
  • Added support for Hive Server redundancy – active 1:1 standby in Hive Servers and cold standby in the corresponding chain nodes.
  • Added incremental status reporting of miner progress to GajuMining.

Associate Chains

  • Demo videos of working cross-chain deposits/withdrawals, including doing so with Quantum Resistant native account types. See link to post below.

General Product

  • Worked on adding defensive limits and adapting websockets to QHL.
  • Spent an inordinate amount of time iteratively re-posturing our service network to cope with and later avoid the bot plague.
  • Regionalization work on GajuMobile, GajuMarket and GajuPay (leading up to reworking/modernizing Jumptext).

GajuMobile

  • Deployed for Android.
  • Google Play and F-Droid release pending.
  • Conducted a soft launch with the community for testing and feedback.

GajuMarket

Backend updates for reactivity, new explorer URL scheme, administrative dashboard, and better data persistence.

GajuMining

It was quite a productive month—the new GajuMining interface has been released along with significant improvements:

  • Brand new miner dashboard introduced with various graphs about mining progress.
  • Redesigned promotion codes page.
  • Improved Orders page.
  • Telegram one time password functionality introduced. This, alongside with Whatsapp one time password will protect the big social push. Webhook added for Whatsapp OTP password. We also made the two OTP services switchable (on and off).
  • Improved onboarding emails specified for different mining tiers
  • Integrated Gridse library (more on this below).
  • Introduced functionality to add promo code before entering items. While there, the cap increase is shown in the order summary.
  • We also have much improved miner withdrawals exporting for easier admin work.
  • In preparation of DEX and license tokenisation, we now support more than one HiveMan contract constellations. This means that we can safely migrate miners from one constellation to another, while providing them with a way to withdraw accumulated coins.
  • Fixed a lot of bugs of different calibers, incorporated security updates of various dependencies, and improved security overall.

Gridse

We abstracted away all the GRIDS protocol server-side logic in a separate library. Now it can be reused across all Elixir/Phoenix projects having the same behaviour (hence, the name Gridse). We also provided fallback mechanism for WebSockets – this is quite useful with the GajuMobile wallet.

Indexes

We introduced handful of indexes in the gmplugin index. This allowed us to retire the old MDW for good (tesntet only for now).

Explorer

The explorer got quite a massive facelift. It still needs some improvements but you can see the current version now live on test: https://groot.testnet.gajumaru.io

DEX

A lot of work was done in DEX. We have initial interface and contracts can be called using it. We started building reusable UI components.
